    I MET kALEB IN ELK CAMP THIS PAST FALL IN IDAHO. hE TOLD ME THIS SEASOING WAS GOOD ON ANYTHING AND BOY DID HE NOT LIE! I LITERALLY USE IT ON EVERYTHING MY WIFE AND i COOK. wITHOUT A DOUBT WE WILL BE BUYING MORE!

    if you enjoy cooking central tx style bbq, then this seasoning will be your best friend. it pairs exceptionally well with coarse ground pepper to form a delicious bark on briskets without over-salting the meat, along with being the ideal savory seasoning for pork and beef ribs. I have used multiple different seasonings along with my own blends, but none compare with uncle G’s. in my opinion, it is hands down the perfect compliment to any bbq dish!

    I bought some of this seasoning at a farmers market in Buda, TX. My FAMILY USES THIS STUFF ON EVERYTHING THEY COOK. I ALSO MADE A BRISKET WITH IT A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, TURNED OUT AWESOME!!

    Uncle G’s seasoning is the best of the best! I took this with me to the United States food show in Chicago Illinois last year and several seasoning experts said it was outstanding. Garland was a Saint on earth and his seasoning blend is a testimony to that.
